How to take
Mix 6.5g (1 heaped teaspoon) into 250mL of water or other liquid once or twice a day. 1 serve a day is perfect for maintenance while 2 a day will help your systems bounce back after a period of suboptimal health choices. REPAIR dissolves easily into any liquid and is delicious on its own in water.
I often have it in sparkling water with an ice cube and a refreshing slice of blood orange or lemon.
