The First Steps

When you decide to schedule an appointment to talk to us, this is often after much deliberation!

We understand this can come with mixed emotions for many reasons.

Taking this first step can feel a little daunting. We understand this and do our very best to ensure we curate a space for you that is educational, safe, confidential and will leave you looking and feeling your best.
You may have specific concerns you wish to discuss, or you may have noticed changes occurring and are unsure why.

You may just want to come in for some guidance around preventative options.

Sadly, we see and hear a lot of adverse publicity about face and body treatment in the aesthetics industry. There is the worry that you may look unnatural, not yourself, or that people may notice. We are here to educate you about what can be a confusing and sometimes confronting topic. We pride ourselves on education and producing subtle yet effective results.

Before Your Appointment

Please do not feel you need to do any pre-appointment research; we are here to use our expertise to provide you with relevant and factual information.

Once you have scheduled your initial consultation, we will ask you to complete an online registration form.

This will allow us to review your skin and medical history before your appointment.

Please provide as much information as possible, including any previous treatments, areas of the face and body that you may have questions about, and even things you don’t want!

We ask you to arrive without makeup; however, life can be busy, so we understand if this is not possible. Your appointment is generally 45-60 minutes.

Personalised Treatment Design

We maintain a high-level service offering and prefer to take a holistic approach, providing information specific to you and your skin.

Ranging from skincare, skin & body treatments, internal health and injectables.

We consistently upskill, train and use only FDA-approved, well-researched, high-performing products. So, if we don’t offer something, there is generally a good reason why.

Your safety is our priority.

We believe this experience should be a treat, so we ensure the optimum time for your appointments in an aesthetically soothing environment.

Our approach enables us to offer our clients a treatment plan specific to you and your budget. We believe the best way to get the most out of your journey is to develop a 6-12-month treatment plan. This plan can be referred to anytime and adapted as needed, and it is a lovely point of reference for your skin health journey.

Your Appointment

We prefer not to treat you on the same day as the first consultation; however, there are exceptions. Long-distance travel, time limitations and previous procedures can be discussed prior to your appointment.

Our reason for this is that many treatments require a small amount of pre- or post-preparation to ensure the best outcomes and safe practice.

It is also easy to regret a decision made in a state of excitement!

It is important to process all of the information, commitments and risks in your own time. We want you to ensure you feel comfortable with your decision.

At the appointment, we will ask you to tell us what changes you observe in your skin.

We will discuss these changes and treatment options.

Sometimes, the answer may differ from what you expected, hence the importance of seeking professional guidance.

Once we have discussed suitable treatment options for you, we will follow up with an email that includes written information and pricing.

Once you have reviewed the information, you may schedule a treatment via the website or email us directly. If you know what you want to book in for, you can do this as you leave.

We are happy to help with any questions at any time.

We recommend pre-booking your treatments.

We will work with you to ensure the most effective timing and the best treatment outcomes. You will receive confirmation at the time of booking, a reminder three days prior, and pre-treatment instructions two to four weeks before, depending on your treatment.

This plan can be amended to accommodate special events and holidays where you want to do your best! Just make sure you give us 48 hours notice for cancellation.

Our time is as precious as yours.

The clinic offers Eftpos, Credit Card, Laybuy, Afterpay, and Go Cardless (a direct debit option).

Please select a consultation with Louise if you wish to schedule an injectables consultation, skin or body treatment, or a total face assessment. (Please note that for new client consultations with Louise, there is typically a 4-week wait.)

Clients who have a scheduled initial consultation will be contacted with any earlier appointment availability.
